Balances
There are several different
Psych-K belief change techniques to change unconscious, sabotaging beliefs
to be congruent with conscious beliefs and desired goals. Below are the
different techniques with a brief description.
New Direction Balance
-
This
balance incorporates whole-brain posturing and can be used to change beliefs
or to release the negative effects of a stressful situation or memory.
This balance can be used in person or by surrogation or remote surrogation.
Resolution Balances
- This balance
incorporates hemispheric integration to change beliefs. This balance can
be used in person or by surrogation or remote surrogation.
Core Belief Balance
- This balance
addresses 13 "Core Beliefs" that often keep us from tapping our full potential
in life. It is a general belief change process that prepares the mind/body
system for accelerated change. This Balance procedure is a powerful process
for personal change and will help other changes be easier and simpler to
make when these basic issues, your core beliefs, are supporting you instead
of sabotaging you. This balance can be used in person or by surrogation.
Relationship Balance
- This balance will help you release personal issues with others and better
understand the lessons to be learned in the relationship. It will provide
a clearer perspective on the value of relationships between parents, children,
spouses, friends and lovers. This balance can be used in person or by surrogation.
Life Bonding Balance
- The "trauma of birth" and the "fear of death" are two powerful aspects
of human experience. This balance utilizes breath as a means of re-programming
the negative impact of these influences in our lives. By directing the
breath back and forth between two power points in the body, you will
be able to release stress associated with the birth and death experience.
This balance can be used in person or by surrogation.
Belief Points/Energy
Focusing Balance - There are 12 energy points on the body that
are derived from ancient acupressure. Each point represents key beliefs
that give you valuable information about how you are limiting yourself
in a given situation. Energy Focusing is a process that allows a
point(s) on the body to change the energy at the a belief point(s) or to
correct any energetic imbalances . When these points are balanced, it makes
beliefs easy to access and easy to change. This balance can be used in
person or by surrogation or remote surrogation.

used to change beliefs relating to the following categories:

Restore
beliefs that can help you to deeply appreciate and accept yourself.
Spirituality - Release
subconscious resistance to experiencing your connection with Divinity.
Relationships - Create
beliefs that support you in having healthy, loving relationships.

in your life.
Prosperity - Replace old
attitudes about money and increase your aptitude for attracting prosperity
i your life.
Grief/Loss - Resolve
painful memories and find greater peace and happiness.
Health/Body - Reduce
"emotional stress" and program your body/mind for optimal health and vitality.
Others - Creating
your own personal Belief Statements to meet specific needs or challenges in your life are the most appropriate and most meaningful statements to balance.
